The Appalachian Hills XI The Appalachian Hills XI is our more aggressive cream for non-sensitive areas. We have had many people claim it has helped them with many different pains they have. The Appalachian Forest The Appalachian Forest is very good for more minor issues. It uses completely different ingredients and as a result, it doesn’t have any staining issues when rubbed in well. It is much like the Hill XI and can be used for most of the same issues. It pairs well with the Appalachian Hills XI and Appalachian Plains.
