Description Description: Livol Vitamin D3 Drops is a food supplement developed for children from 2 weeks to 4 years. The Danish Health Authority recommends a daily supplement of 10 mcg vitamin D from 2 weeks of age until the child reaches 4 years. Mandatory text for food supplements: The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements must not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Should only be used by pregnant women and children under 1 year of age by appointment with a doctor or health nurse. NOTE. The above text is a required text. The age indication may vary. See therefore possibly the specific indication under “Daily dosage”. Daily dosage: Children from 2 weeks to 4 years: 5 drops daily. Nutrients and other substances having nutritional or physiological effect: Contents 5 drops Unit NRV Vitamin D 10 mcg 200% NRV = Nutrient reference value for adults and children over 11 years.– NRV not determined Instructions for use and precautions: Hold the bottle vertically and gently tap the bottom over a teaspoon. Children who receive at least 800 ml of infant formula daily containing 1.3 mcg vitamin D per 100 ml or more should not take additional vitamin D supplements. Storage: Store in a dry place at max. 25°C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening.
